Cancellation policy

Contact Breckenridge Grocery Express as early as possible if your arrival details or travel plans change.

Cancellation deadline

Orders may be cancelled without charge by 9 a.m. Mountain Time at least two days before the scheduled arrival date.

Late cancellations

Cancellations received after the deadline may be charged for groceries already purchased, completed shopping or preparation time, rush scheduling, and other work already performed.

Property access and incorrect information

Guests are responsible for providing accurate lodging, unit, arrival, and access information. Groceries already purchased and completed service time are not refundable when delivery cannot be completed because the information supplied was incomplete or incorrect.
